  • Megan Meyer LMT

    Owner, Trauma-informed Massage & Craniosacral Therapy

    Megan has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2014, bringing over a decade of experience in sports recovery, injury rehabilitation, and nervous system regulation. A graduate of Cortiva Institute in Tucson, AZ, Megan has worked with elite athletes, including IFBB Pro Bodybuilders, Professional Cyclists, Competitive Powerlifters, and CrossFit Athletes. Her practice blends Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Structural Dynamics, and Craniosacral Therapy to create personalized treatments that promote long-term healing and resilience.

    Megan is a trauma-informed massage therapist with extensive experience working with PTSD and trauma, particularly in the Veteran population. She currently collaborates with mental health therapists, acupuncturists, yoga therapists, equine therapists, and art therapists in a clinical setting to provide somatic support at Milestones Resilience Care within the Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS).

    As a trauma-informed practitioner, Megan understands the profound connection between the nervous system and physical well-being. She specializes in sports massage, chronic pain management, and deep therapeutic bodywork, helping clients regain mobility, reduce tension, and restore balance. She is passionate about providing gender-affirming care and founded Sage Wellness COS as a safe, inclusive space for all bodies, with a focus on serving the LGBTQ+ community.

    Trauma-informed Massage & Craniosacral Therapy

    Maddy Smith (they/them) is a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in relaxation-focused bodywork, nervous system regulation, and gender-affirming bodywork. With a background in Craniosacral Therapy, Swedish Massage, and Myofascial Release, Maddy creates deeply restorative treatments tailored to each client’s needs.

    They graduated from Touching America in 2017 and co-owned a private practice, Restore Bodywork and Massage, from 2019 to 2023. Seeking to expand their knowledge in trauma-informed massage, they moved to Colorado to work as a massage educator and study under the creator of Trauma Touch Therapy at the Colorado School of Healing Arts (CSHA). Maddy is also nearing completion of their own Trauma Touch certification.

    They have worked in therapeutic and wellness settings, refining their ability to blend intuitive touch with evidence-based techniques to support pain relief, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Most recently, they have worked with PTSD and trauma within the Veteran community.
